This is a copy of the msconfig utility from Windows XP, intended for download to replace the missing msconfig in Windows 2000. Simply download the file and place it in your windows system directory and you can run it as normal from the Run dialog and enjoy the features of this great tool. |

This utility is packaged with some versions of windows and is useful for setting IIS to listen on only one IP address.
First, stop IIS by running "net stop http /y". Using httpcfg - run "httpcfg set iplisten -i 192.168.0.1" (and then check your settings have 'taken' by using "httpcfg query iplisten".) You can set IIS to listen only on the "192.168.0.1" IP Address, leaving you free to put apache on the same machine on a different IP. Be sure to start IIS after using this by running "net start w3svc" |
